New Hope was formed to operate exclusively for charitable, educational or religious purposes, and any other purpose described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, and any corresponding provisions of future United States Revenue Laws (“Code”); including but not limited to aiding individuals who need assistance with their spiritual, educational, social and/or life planning needs.
